Returns and Cancellations Policy


Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal or PayPal eCheck. Although PayPal does accept all major credit cards.

Once all orders are complete, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy. Orders are considered complete once the download link has been provided (eCheck customers are manually approved and may take 5 - 7 working days, so please be patient).

Charge backs are strictly forbidden and may only be granted in the event of the product being deemed defective or is deemed to have been misrepresented by the vendors description. Should you require a refund, we insist that you will work with the vendor or site staff to achieve a satisfactory outcome and/or mutual agreement.

If you (the customer) persue an unauthorised charge back, you will be prohibited from future ordering and your IP will be banned.

In the event that a refund is granted, you will be held responsible for the destruction / disposal of all the relevant downloads provided to you in relation to the product in question. We will require confirmation by fax or email, with a valid signature, to state that the aforementioned disposal has occurred.
